Dr. Van Cise received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 1974. He worked with two other veterinarians in West Covina, California for over seven years. While there he started studying acupuncture just in time to use it to help save the initial wave of parvovirus patients. He purchased his present hospital in 1981 changing its name to All Animals Exotic or Small to better reflect the broad scope of species he treated. Dr. V. is continually exploring new therapies to add to his services. He is one of very few veterinarians to achieve the status of Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist.
